SANO Founder
Nebojsa M. Djordjevic Dr. Djordjevic is the founder and Principal Consultant for SANO Consulting Research Organization. With a strong background in analytical chemistry for the pharmaceutical and biotech products, SANO-Consulting is primarily focused on technical support to these industries. Dr. Djordjevic received his BS degree in Physical Chemistry and his Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry from University of California San Diego. He carried out his postdoctoral research work in Supercritical Fluid Chromatography at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
During his 20 + years long career in Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry, he acquired a broad knowledge of the processes, technologies and guidelines utilized to characterize and develop potential drug candidates. As an analytical chemist, he played an active role at virtually every phase of drug development from target identification, lead ientification, compound selection process, characterization of active pharmaceutical ingredients (physicochemical characterization, ADME, PK and PD studies), pharmaceutical product development (formulation development and stability studies) and clinical trials.
